Shipping Information:
Deer Creek considers each order to be a "special" order and in most cases will pour your order at the time it is received. Because of this it takes an average of 2-5 days prior to delivery to complete your order. This time may be longer during peak sales seasons.
Characteristics of "Hand Poured Candles":
Because we pour each candle as an individual, rather than on an assembly line, each candle may have its own characteristics and these may vary. You may see differences in color shades, textures, and sometimes size. These variations in no way effect the quality, scent or burning of your Deer Creek Candle. These variations are most evident in our Pillar candles.
Quality Guarantee and Cancellation Policies:
We are confident that our customers will find the quality of our candle products to be second to none. However, if a shipment arrives damaged we will gladly rectify the matter to your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your Deer Creek product, please contact us for prior approval for an exchange or refund.
To obtain either a refund or exchange the products in question must be returned to us. Items approved for return/exchange must be shipped back by insured carrier at a cost to the customer. Refunds will not include any shipping charges. Items for exchange must arrive undamaged and in resalable condition.
If you choose to cancel your order, communication must be received within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. We will email a notice of cancellation to you.
